Here's how to book:
- Slice the Booking Form
horizontally where indicated to produce one order
slip per show. Download more forms if needed using
the link on the Programme page.
- Enclose a SEPARATE CHEQUE and
a SEPARATE Stamped Addressed DL Size Envelope
for each and every show being booked. Ensure
you pay the correct postage. No staples
or paper clips please!
- Any non-members must be
recorded on the booking form and a £2 charge per
guest included in your payment.
- If you
wish to sit with a friend, then both apply on
one form for two tickets. Please
specify the name of each person for whom you are
making the booking.
- If you have a special need
for reserved seats from Kingsbridge on coaches,
you must specify this on each and every booking
- All prices
include seat on coach.
Deadline (shown in red
end of each programme entry) is the date when
we must confirm numbers and pay the theatre
and when we will bank your cheque. Tickets
then become your responsibility. We will not
take bookings or make refunds after that date.

the club deadline.
- Please carefully check
your tickets when you receive them, and
the slip which gives the time the coach
leaves Kingsbridge bus station (or picks up at
your designated pick-up point) and the name
and phone number of the coach host for the
event who you must contact if there is any
last minute change of plan.
- Tickets become your responsibility
after the club deadline. If it becomes
impossible for you to take up your place, the
onus is on you to find a replacement. Contact
Lorraine to see if there is a waiting list.
- Refunds will not be given
unless the tickets are re-sold. If re-sold to the
theatre, members will receive the money refunded
by the Box Office. Coach monies will not be
